Olympian Voisin honored with celebration Wednesday

A welcome home party for Whitefish Olympian Maggie Voisin is Wednesday, March 7 downtown.

She will take a fire truck ride down Central Avenue beginning at the O‘Shaughnessy Center at 4 p.m. A celebration will follow outside the O‘Shaughnessy Center with proclamations from Mayor John Muhlfeld and the Whitefish Winter Carnival Royalty.

Voisin recently finished fourth in Slopestyle at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
